Combining my own experience as a senior leader in Investment Banking with my skills as an Executive Coach, I will work with you to build your management skills, ability to inspire and influence others and develop a leadership brand to help you succeed in and enjoy your role as a senior executive.
I take a client-centred approach, working with you on whatever you want to focus on at each session and provide flexible session scheduling based on your needs. I use my breadth of experience to bring the approach, tools and exercises that I feel will be most helpful to you including reflective practice.
I will also use emotional intelligence assessments and coaching to help you understand your blind spots, understand what might trip you up and develop new more productive behaviours.
Where is the coaching held?
Appointments are held in confidence and are available via video call or in person at your own offices in a Central London location.
